Can I choose a private guide?
Yes. All our experiences are available with a dedicated private guide — archaeologists, historians, and local storytellers. You can request a specific guide profile (language, specialty, style) when submitting your booking.
What payment methods are available?
Booking is simple — browse our experiences, select your preferred dates and group size, then click ‘Book Now’ or fill in the enquiry form. Our team will confirm your reservation within 24 hours and send a full itinerary to your email.
Can I change my booking date?
Date changes are accepted free of charge up to 21 days before your trip. Changes within 21 days are subject to availability and may incur a rebooking fee. Contact our concierge and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 30+ days before departure receive a full refund. Cancellations between 15–29 days receive a 50% refund. Within 14 days, the booking is non-refundable — however, we strongly recommend travel insurance for full peace of mind.
Are airport transfers available?
Yes, private airport transfers are included in all our curated packages. We monitor your flight in real time and have a dedicated driver waiting for you upon arrival, regardless of any delays.
